Friday Setup:

Dealers: 4pm to 7pm

*No Public or Early Entry Will Be Allowed On This Day.

Saturday:

Dealers: 7am to 4pm

Early Access Allowed in at: 7:45am

Public: 8:30am to 3pm

*Dealers may begin packing at 2:30pm at the earliest. Please plan your visit with this in mind.

Admission is $5.00

Kids Under 10 Free.

Early Access Saturday: $20.00 (7:45am)

Parking at the show is free. Follow onsite signs and the directions of our parking staff.

Kids will be offered a FREE PATCH at the main check-in table WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.

If you are a reenactor or a reenacting group and you'd like to display at the show, please contact us. We are always open to having more so long as space allows it! 

NEW for August 2023 & Beyond:

We will be having a contest for "Best Display" as voted on by the public. Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 based on the public vote. Please make sure to contact us at least 3 weeks prior to the event as space is very limited if you'd like to enter your display.

Please keep in mind that this is a concrete jungle so there is no need to bring tents or other camp-like equipment. Weapons must be checked by show staff and zip-tied to ensure safety. They cannot be carried in the parking lot outside of the vehicle zone and no ammunition is allowed (even blanks).

If you have a military vehicle you'd like to display at the show please contact us! Vehicle displays are free of charge and as long as we have the space we will fit you in. Fill out and submit the form below to save a spot!

If your vehicle has a working firearm on it, please make sure that it is set to safe and you do not have any blanks or rounds in it.

Note for Tracked Vehicles: This event takes place at a fully paved facility. If your vehicle does not have rubberized tracks safe for asphalt or has in the past torn up asphalt, you must leave it on the trailer. You are solely responsible for all damage done to the parking lot by your vehicle. 

*We do not cover transportation costs. You are responsible for getting your vehicle to the show at this time at your expense.

Riker displays will be available at the show for purchase only along with other display items such as medal and badge stands.
